It's great to be home again, to not be coughing much after recovering from the chest infection I picked up in China, and to get started on some more QAYG quilts.
The floods which are occurring in NSW and Qld at the moment have meant that people will probably be in need of quilts again and the Connect Days for the Homeless will be taking place in all States again so the need for quilts, blankets, hats, gloves and scarves continues.
It's great to have so many lovely donated QAYG blocks to choose from when I have time to finish more quilts.
I should have more to show very soon.
Hugs, Jan Mac

hi Jan, glad to see you're back on deck. i wonder whether it's possible to find someone to distribute quilts to those 30+ homes outside the levee in St George. A lot of them would be indigenous families.
ReplyDeleteWelcome home and I am pleased you are getting over your cold.
ReplyDeleteIt seems there will always be a need for lots of quilts.
Love the Blue.
