K14 (K2tog) 4 times K14 (32 sts)

K12 (K2tog) 4 times K12 (28 sts)
Purl
K10 (K2tog) 4 times K10 (24 sts)
Purl
Beg with knit row st st 12 rows
Garter stitch 5 rows
Cast off and sew up side and bottom seam
Quilts donated by quilters both in Australia and overseas to help bring some comfort to those affected by the tragic floods in Queensland and Victoria, as well as in the earthquakes in New Zealand and Japan in 2011, and to other welfare agencies.

Dear Jan--I keep watching your block waiting to see the quilt I sent to Tia come thru your blog! LOL--long ways for a quilt to travel, from South Dakota in the US to you! Also a member of the Heartstrings group, so it's always fun to hear what you are doing.
