I still have a box of QAYG blocks to work my way through and managed to get another 3 finished over the Christmas break. Stephanie D from Perth WA has also sent me another huge parcel of them so I see many more of these quilts in my future. I don't mind at all as they go together quickly and always look lovely. It's amazing how blocks from so many quilters from around the world all play nicely when they are put together with some plain sashing strips.
I hope you all have a Happy and safe New Year.
Hugs Jan Mac
They look beautiful Jan. You do such a great job. I think QAYG quilts will become the signiture quilt for the Victorian Bushfire Quilts.
ReplyDeleteI was so sad to see on the news that here in Toodjay our folk have lost any homes but thankgoodness no loss of live. That is a blessing.
Glad you had a nice Xmas and all the best for 2010. Happy stitching
simply wonderful Jan. I am itching to do some of those fabulous squares myself this year.
