Quilts from Holland

These fabulous quilts were made and donated by Marijke Kleefman from The Netherlands. She has been very generous in supporting our quilt appeal for the needy both here in Australia as well as in her own community. The quilts are lovely and warm and will bring joy to the lucky people who receive them.
I quickly got DH to take the photos before he took the boxes of quilts off to be delivered, and then I went back to bed as I was still sleeping after night shift, so you can see my colourful PJs and socks LOL.
I sent off 17 quilts including these, as well as many hand made tote bags, 20 knitted beanies and 2 crocheted blankets so we have helped bring warmth to quite a few people this week.
Thank you all for your ongoing support with this quilt appeal for the needy and I have a plie of tops to get finished as soon as I can get to them.
I hope you all have a productive weekend as I plan to quilt and bind some more.
Hugs, Jan Mac
