K14 (K2tog) 4 times K14 (32 sts)

K12 (K2tog) 4 times K12 (28 sts)
Purl
K10 (K2tog) 4 times K10 (24 sts)
Purl
Beg with knit row st st 12 rows
Garter stitch 5 rows
Cast off and sew up side and bottom seam
Quilts donated by quilters both in Australia and overseas to help bring some comfort to those affected by the tragic floods in Queensland and Victoria, as well as in the earthquakes in New Zealand and Japan in 2011, and to other welfare agencies.

I loved most the star quilt with what looked like men's flannel shirt stars on dark background. Just my kind of fabrics!
